Once a month I will have a LIVE Kundalini yoga class on Zoom in English. The last Thursday of every month at 20 o´clock, and It is a 75 minutes class. The recording will also be available for a week after, if you were not able to attend the LIVE session.

Class description:

In my Kundalini yoga classes, I guide you through an experience of a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual movement.

We are awakening our Kundalini energy, living inside of us all, which can help us connect to ourselves, soul, body, our purpose and potential. 
Kundalini yoga classes contain a set of physical yoga exercises, called kriyas, where we use different breathing techniques, and some Kriyas include chanting mantras. To soak in all the benefits from the physical kriyas, participants are guided to a deep relaxation. Then we end each class with different profound meditation practices.

You will learn about all the great health benefits of practicing Kundalini yoga, as it can greatly affect our different body systems, e.g. blood flow and blood pressure, glandular system, supporting our organs and our body cells, and it has the quickest effects on one's nervous system.

I am so thankful, delighted and proud to be able to spread the practice of Kundalini yoga to as many as possible, so we can all learn to use these methods and wisdom, based on ancient science of breath, movement and consciousness. This is how we become more present and can better take care of ourselves as householders in our modern society.

These one hour classes are designed for beginners and non-beginners.
